The Diversity and Social Justice Project at Hamilton College will present a panel discussion, “Coming to America: Citizens Here and There,” on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 4:15 p.m. in the Science Center Kennedy Auditorium. It is free and open to the public.
The panel will discuss citizenship with foreign-born Hamilton College community members. Panelists include Professor of English Onno Oerlemans, Professor of East Asian Languages Kyoko Omori, Professor Nigel Westmaas of Africana Studies, and Ayfer Candeger of Counseling and Psychology. The moderator will be Professor of French Martine Guyot-Bender. A reception will follow the discussion in the Atrium at 5:30.
