Laura Purdy
Laura Purdy, the McCullough Distinguished Visiting Professor of Philosophy, published a paper titled "Could There be a Right Not to be Born an Ocutuplet" in Taking Responsibility for Children, edited by Samantha Brennan and Robert Noggle (Wilfrid Laurier Press, 2007).

Purdy questions the morality of going forward with such "super-twin" pregnancies, given the high risk of harm to the babies. Of still more concern is that the media tend to present a positive view of those who undertake such pregnancies, without presenting information about their risks.
