The Hamilton College men’s and women’s cross country programs received 2010 Division III all-academic team honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on March 12.

To be considered for the USTFCCCA all-academic team award, a team must have competed and compiled a team score at an NCAA regional championship meet, and had a minimum 3.10 team cumulative grade point average during the fall semester. The Hamilton women recorded a grade point average of 3.37, and the men’s team posted a GPA of 3.23.

A record 110 Division III men’s programs and 153 Division III women's programs received all-academic honors this year. For men’s cross country, the New England Small College Athletic Conference led all conferences with a total of nine schools on the list. For the women, the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference led all conferences with a total of 10 schools on the all-academic team list, and the NESCAC was close behind with nine.
