Nigel Westmaas

Associate Professor of Africana Studies Nigel Westmaas contributed a book review to the New West Indian Guide, (April 2024 issue). He reviewed the text “New Political Culture in the Caribbean,” edited by Holger Henke and Fred Reno, and published by the University of the West Indies Press in 2022.

Westmaas described the book as an “incisive and holistic examination of the complexities of Caribbean political culture, encompassing sociological, cultural, political, and economic themes.”
