Hamilton College women's basketball player Samantha Graber '16 (Roseland, N.J./Gill St. Bernard's School) was selected the NESCAC Player of the Week on Jan. 6.

Graber averaged 20.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in two wins dating back to Dec. 10, 2013. She poured in a career-high 29 points and added nine rebounds, three assists and two steals in Saturday's 77-52 victory against Rochester Institute of Technology. For the two games, Graber shot 57.7 percent from the floor and 76.9 percent at the free-throw line.

Graber is ranked second in the NESCAC with 18.0 points per game, seventh with 7.8 rebounds per game, sixth with 1.90 steals per game and ninth with a 3-point field goal percentage of 35.3 percent (12-34).

The Continentals (6-4 overall) take their three-game win streak to Buffalo State College on Monday, Jan. 6. Hamilton begins conference play with games at Amherst College and Trinity College this Friday and Saturday, respectively.
