Bailey was one of nine rowers placed on the second team. She is the first All-American in program history. The three-year letter winner was a member of the 2012 NESCAC all-conference first team. Bailey rowed in the seven-seat for the varsity eight this spring.

The Continentals finished third in their preliminary heat and turned in the fifth-fastest qualifying time out of 19 entries with a time of 6:46.399. Bailey was also a member of Hamilton's open four entry that finished second of 33 boats at the 2011 Head of the Charles Regatta.

Hamilton ended its season ranked 10th in the USRowing/CRCA Division III Top 15 poll, and was third in the NCAA New York Region poll. The varsity eight finished with a No. 3 ranking in the New York Region.
