Hamilton College swimmers recorded one event victory in the visiting Continentals' 159-104 dual meet loss against Amherst College at Pratt Pool on Jan. 3.
Eve Stevens '09 won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:12.66. Maura Donovan '09 captured second place in the 1,650 freestyle in 19:09.99. Megan Gibbons '12 took second in the 50 free with a time of 25.17 seconds.
Hamilton travels to San Juan, Puerto Rico, where the Continentals will compete in the Copa Coqui Invitational later this week. The event is scheduled to be held on Saturday, Jan. 10.
