Megan Gibbons '12 recorded two event victories, but Hamilton College fell to Union College in a dual meet held at Bristol Pool on Jan. 31.
The Dutchwomen finished the day with a 133-110 advantage in points. Hamilton returns to action on Friday, Feb. 6, for a dual meet against Le Moyne College at Bristol Pool.
Gibbons won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.19 seconds. She touched the wall at 55.17 seconds to place first in the 100 free.
Whitney Rosenbaum '10 claimed the 200 butterfly by nearly 10 seconds with a time of 2:14.78. Kylie Fraser '11 took first place in the 200 backstroke at 2:16.44. Liz Bucceri '11 captured second place in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:16.17. Bucceri finished just .20 seconds behind the winner.
Divers Anna Chelius '11 and Beth Beaury '09 went 1-2 in the 1-meter springboard. Chelius amassed 240.35 points, while Beaury followed with 204.75.
