Alex Arenson '13 won both her singles and doubles matches to lead Hamilton College to a 6-3 non-conference victory against Merrimack College in Orlando, Fla., on March 21.

Hamilton (5-3 overall) has won three straight and posted a 4-1 record in Florida. The Continentals are off until Saturday, March 31, when they host Rochester Institute of Technology for another non-conference match. Merrimack, which is a Division II program, dropped to 4-7.

Arenson was a 6-4, 6-1 winner at second flight singles, and paired with Meg Lee '14 to post an 8-2 triumph at first flight doubles. Arenson won four of five singles matches in Florida.

Sara Shaughnessy '14 dropped just two games in her fourth flight win. Aislinn Shea '13 captured a 7-5, 6-2 victory at fifth flight, and Rachel Friedman '15 cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 win at sixth flight. Carrie Uhlein '15 and Mira Khanna '15 defeated their opponents 8-5 at second flight doubles.
