2013-14 CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Team

Ohanesian is one of 10 student-athletes on the first team. All NCAA Division III programs in New York state are eligible for the all-district team in District 3.

First team academic all-district honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later in June. To be eligible for Academic All-America® consideration, a student-athlete must be a varsity starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 on a scale of 4.00, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standings at her current institution and be nominated by her sports information director.

Ohanesian was an individual qualifier for the 2013 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships and earned a pair of U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Atlantic Region all-region team awards for cross country. She holds the sixth-fastest five-kilometer time by a Hamilton women’s runner on the team's home course.

Ohanesian was a two-time member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III all-conference team for indoor track & field. In outdoor track & field, she earned a spot on the 2014 New York State Collegiate Track Conference all-conference team for the 1,500-meter run. She owns the program’s indoor record in the mile run and is part of the outdoor team’s distance medley relay record.

Ohanesian received 2013 USTFCCCA all-academic honors for cross country. She made the NESCAC fall, winter and spring all-academic teams a total of seven times. She graduated with a 3.82 cumulative GPA and degrees in psychology and Hispanic studies.

In May, Ohanesian was the female recipient of the Hamilton College athletic department's Milton H. Jannone Award. The Jannone Award is presented annually to a male and female senior athlete who is recognized by their peers and coaches for their outstanding athleticism, leadership and academic accomplishment.
