Orientation consists of two parts: adventure trips and on-campus orientation programming. Adventure trips include Adirondack Adventure, Outreach Adventure and Exploration Adventure. We have more than 65 trip options this year; from beekeeping to building homes in Utica to kayaking Lake Champlain, our hope is that all students will find one (or many!) trips that appeal to you.
Arrival day and residence hall move-in for all new students will take place on Tuesday, August 16th. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., and residence halls will open at the same time. A full schedule, including a list of arrival day activities, parent programs, and some adventure trip details will be available on this site by late spring.
For more information please call 315-859-4846 or email Tessa Chefalo, coordinator of Orientation and First-Year Programs. We look forward to meeting you in August!
