Hamilton graduate and Nobel laureate Paul Greengard '48 will address the Hamilton community at the College's 190th Convocation ceremony.  Dr. Greengard, with two colleagues, won the 2000 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for research in the ways in which information is communicated within cells.  He is currently the Vincent Astor Professor and director of the neuroscience laboratory at The Rockefeller University in New York.
