A joyful noise

Members of the College Hill Singers, under the direction of Professor of Music and Director of Choral Music G. Roberts Kolb, perform a Christmas Vespers service with student readers and College Chaplain Jeff McArn (above) in the Chapel. Singing (from left): Leigh Pomeranz ’13, Gabe Mollica ’14, Andrea Wrobel ’13, Bonnie Buis ’13 and Michael Breslin ’13. The Vespers service, which attracts an audience of Hamilton students and faculty as well as members of the local community, takes place annually on the Sunday following the last day of classes of the fall semester and concludes with a candlelight performance of “Silent Night.” Throughout the hour-long service, snow falls outside the Chapel, blanketing the campus in quiet white.
