Grade expectations

Who: an Introduction to Psychology class taught by Assistant Professor Serena Butcher. What: final exam. When: 9:03 a.m. Where: 2048 Science Center. Why: “The final exam is predominantly on previously untested material from the last section of the course,” Butcher says. “However, it does feature one long essay question that asks students to integrate conceptual information from across the semester. The exam counts for 25 percent of the students’ grade.” How: massive doses of caffeine; deep-breathing and meditation techniques to stave off panic attacks and counteract caffeine overdose; desperate appeals to higher power; antacids as needed.
