Noelle is a seasoned professional in higher education, blending her knowledge in the fields of psychology, counseling, and administration to foster holistic student development. Employing a comprehensive approach, she is dedicated to nurturing student engagement and leadership. Specializing in guiding student leaders, Noelle empowers undergraduates to shape their desired college experiences. With over a decade of experience and as a former Director of Student Activities, she excels in equipping students with transferable skills in the areas of time management, budgeting, and event coordination across campus entities with the goal of helping students expand their network of support and maximize resources to create the experience they want to have.
