The Health Center advocates, informs, and empowers students in making healthy lifestyle decisions through education and preventative medical care, diagnostic services, and treatment of illness and medical conditions.

Fitness Center

Fitness & Wellness

From fitness classes to personal training — not to mention our annual Ham & Legs and Hamtrek events — the Wellness Program offers activities that promote personal health and fitness. The Fitness Center houses a dance studio, space for aerobic and cardio training as well as resistance and weight training, a multipurpose exercise room, and a three-story climbing wall.
