Looking to engage in therapy?
When it comes to engaging in therapy, you have options! Here are some choices:
- See someone in the Counseling Center, which can be access by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, calling 315-859-4340, or through our virtual Zoom lobby (note: we do not start making appointments until the first day of classes each semester; call us when classes start and we can get you scheduled!).
- Access a therapist through our partner BetterMynd, which offers a variety of therapists and therapeutic approaches. If you are having trouble using your insurance but would like to see a therapist with a specialty or demographic background we don't provide, please contact us and we can help you find care.
- See a provider in the local community! If you need help navigating insurance or finding a therapist, see this guide for help.
