As we all navigate uncertain times, the Counseling Center is here to help. Here are some resources we've put together:
- Our COVID-19 Coping Resources page, with podcasts, poems, meditations, songs, and other helpful advice, including a spotify playlist curated by our Peer Counselors, including resources for Black students and Students of Color
- Our regular Resources page, which includes a curated list of mental health related apps
- WellTrack, an interactive self-help therapy app free to Hamilton students. Download (App Store or Google Play) and register using your Hamilton email address
- BetterMynd is a teletherapy platform for Hamilton students looking for a private therapist, and Psychology Today’s Therapist Finder is an excellent tool that will let you filter by location and other factors like insurance provider

To access any of the services we offer, please call our Office Manager Mary Hoying at 315-859-4340 or stop by our office from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., which is located on the second floor of the Johnson Center. We work closely with our colleagues in the Health Center on the first floor. All of our providers are knowledgeable, caring and have great respect for individual difference. We also have a list of local providers if you want to meet with someone off-campus, and a directory of additional resources and wellness based apps that address a variety of concerns.
In addition, we provide supervised training in individual and group counseling to future clinicians.
