Claire Burdick

Claire Burdick holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. in English and Hispanic studies from Lewis & Clark College. She writes and teaches about Indigenous poetry and the history of nineteenth-century American verse discourse. Her research interests include nineteenth-century print and genre history, Indigenous studies, transatlantic Romanticism, ecocriticism, and lyric theory.
