Gabriel Foy-Sutherland

Gabriel Foy-Sutherland received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Chicago in 2025, and has spent the past year as an American Political Science Association (APSA) Congressional Fellow working on the minority staff of the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Foy-Sutherland’s research focuses on American campaigns and elections, interest groups, and the U.S. Congress. His work has been published in the Journal of Politics and others, and referenced by news outlets including Politico, The Guardian, and the Los Angeles Times. He is originally from London, UK, and completed his undergraduate and master's education in London and Manchester.
