Suzanne Beevers
Lecturer in Music (Violoncello)
Sue Beevers has taught cello for 40 years, at Hamilton College and privately. She emphasizes performing and interpreting music within the time period that students are studying. And Beevers cultivates each student’s musical and technical understanding of the instrument. She takes pride in helping students achieve their musical ambitions, whether that be playing the cello for the first time, improving skills and musicality, or performing.
Beevers has a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton, and a master’s of arts in liberal studies from the State University of New York Empire State College.
