A gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels. Mats available for those without their own.

Introduction to basic jump roping with Jason Hill. This class will cover the balance, agility, rhythm, and technique of jumping rope. This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey.
