This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. This 45-minute class will maximize the bang for your buck! It is comprised of short bursts of body weight training blending both interval and strength exercises to hit all areas of the body. With circuit training, this class consists of plenty of cardio, weights, and core to get that extra metabolic burn which will motivate you to keep coming back. You’ll never get the same class twice! Register Now (Pre-registration required) Come learn essential self-defense principles and techniques in a positive training atmosphere! Attendees should wear comfortable clothing they can move in. Beginners are welcome and this class is open to practitioners of all level. The class is non-competitive in nature. Intro to Swing Dance: If you love jazz and want to learn how to dance while trying a fresh take on exercise, this is the class for you! We will focus on the basic steps for Lindy hop, Charleston, Balboa, East coast swing and Solo jazz through the semester. This class will primarily focus on partner dancing, but you do not need to bring a partner to participate (we will be rotating partners through the class). All levels encouraged and welcomed! A gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. We will incorporate some additional holds for gentle mobility work.
