    HIIT It alternates between quick burst efforts and short rest periods during this high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. HIIT methods are designed to build endurance, increase strength, and ramp up your metabolism for fat loss. HIIT It the perfect workout for those pressed for time and looking get the best bang for your buck experience in 30 minutes.

  • Introduction to basic jump roping with Jason Hill. This class will cover the balance, agility, rhythm, and technique of jumping rope. This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey.   • Start your morning with this fast-moving yoga workout that will challenge you in all the right ways!  Strong on cardio, balance, flexibility poses, a lot of up-and-down for strength and stamina. A solid instruction will be provided for all moves and can accommodate all experience levels. Come breathe, move, sweat, and laugh out loud every Wednesday morning. Spare mats available for those who may need one.

  •  Add some variety to your workout by using a weighted bar, hand weights, and step aerobics to alternate strength training and cardio routines. This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to try this class.

    This self-paced spin class will focus on the basics of indoor cycling while building the rider's strength and endurance.   • Inspired by PiYo, Cardio Flow kicks up the pace a few notches to create a bodyweight-only workout that lengthens and tones from head to toe. Combining the flexibility and balance explored in yoga with the stability and strengthening of Pilates, Cardio Flow is age-friendly, modifiable for all bodies, and will leave you feeling both sweaty and invigorated.
