Event Description
We begin class with a grounding or breathing exercise. We end with a guided meditation or visualization. What comes in between is a series of asana or yoga poses that will stretch and strengthen your body and mind. There will be intricate sequences and long slow holds. Get ready to challenge your ability to focus and balance. And maybe even sweat a little. Mats will be available for those without their own.Instructor: Georgia Fisher
