  • Olivia Northrop is a lead consultant at ABS Group in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Hamilton in 2019, where she double-majored in government and French. Olivia then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Global Risk from the John Hopkins University in 2020. She has extensive experience in risk analysis and project management.

  • Veronica Allen is an alumni of Hamilton College, class of ‘01, a business attorney, and currently works as an Assistant General Counsel at Marqeta, Inc., a leading global modern card issuing platform.

  • Ian Baize is a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. A history and Spanish/Hispanic studies double major, he graduated from Hamilton in 2018, and went on to gain a doctor of law degree from the University of Chicago in 2021.

  • Keya Advani graduated from Hamilton College in 2008 with a B.A. in comparative literature. She is currently based in London and serves as a solicitor at Bates Wells, the top U.K. law firm for charities and non-profits. Advani previously worked for organizations such as financial institution Big Society Capital (London), multinational law firm Linklaters LLP (London), The Mary Ward Legal Centre (London), The Human Rights Law Network (Delhi), Women’s Media Watch (Kingston), and the Global Justice Center (New York City).

  • Erick Wong graduated from Hamilton College in 2016 and double majored in government and Chinese. After graduation, Erick worked as a paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for two years before attending Duke University School of Law.

  • Anna Rich ’18 currently serves as a real estate paralegal at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City, N.Y. Rich graduated from Hamilton with a concentration in psychology and a minor in English. Rich previously worked at Generation Citizen and Robin Hood and served as a network associate on the Business Connect Team at Hamilton College’s Career Center.

  • Lauren DeGennaro ’15 is a Student Trainee Outdoor Recreation Planner at the National Park Service. She graduated from Hamilton College with a concentration in Geosciences, and is currently completing a master’s degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies at Clemson University. DeGennaro has years of experience working at various positions for the National Park Service, and has also previously worked as a Beach Stewardship and Volunteer Management Intern at Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

  • Chelsea Wiggins is a 2012 Hamilton graduate who majored in English literature and minored in French during her time on the Hill. She interned at places such as the Environmental Law Institute, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Following graduation, she also worked at places such as the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) and the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault. She currently acts as Counsel at the National Abortion Federation.

  • Stephanie Ryder graduated from Hamilton in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in government. She played on the women’s ice hockey team and was a member of the women’s rugby club. She attended the University of Colorado Law school from 2011 to 2014 and currently serves as a deputy district attorney in the Denver area.
