Many proud family, alumni, and friends gathered with the team members in Sage Rink Saturday morning for the installation and unveiling of the national championship banner. Later in the day, the team members and coaches were presented with their championship rings during halftime of the Continentals’ football game against Wesleyan University.

“There’s an old saying in sports: championship teams walk together forever,” Men’s Hockey Head Coach Rob Haberbusch told the crowd moments before the banner was unveiled. “I mentioned that to our guys before we took the ice for the national championship. That’s exactly what this banner symbolizes.”
