Marianne Janack, the John Stewart Kennedy Professor of Philosophy, recently contributed an essay to a special edition of the Los Angeles Review of Books dedicated to the memory and legacy of Richard Rorty.
The essay features an account of Rorty's visit to Hamilton in 2004, when he came to the college for several days to give a lecture sponsored by the Truax Fund for Philosophy.
