The Vermont Ski Areas Association has promoted Parker Riehle from vice president and general counsel to president. He replaces David Dillon, who is taking a job as president of the Haystack Club in Wilmington. Parker has represented VSAA in legislative and regulatory matters since 1998 except for a two-year hiatus as special assistant and deputy legal counsel to Gov. James Douglas.
