The New York City Alumni Association has organized an upcoming metropolitan event that is sure to be wonderful. On Sunday, February 28, at the Harvey Theater in Brooklyn, alumni, friends and family will attend a performance of William Shakespeare's The Tempest directed by the Academy Award-winning Sam Mendes.

According to a review in The New York Daily News "the Bridge Project promises another stellar transatlantic lineup and an intriguing pairing of two Shakespeare plays as Mendes and company explore outcasts, power, and magical lands with their world premiering productions of the comedy As You Like It and The Tempest, considered to be Shakespeare's last play."

The Tempest, produced by BAM, The Old Vic & Neal Street Productions, will take place on Sunday, February 28 at 2 p.m. It will be held at the Harvey Theater at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (651 Fulton Street in Brooklyn). Tickets are $69 per person. Only a few tickets remain for the Hamilton group and the show is sold out at the Box Office.
