The Blackwell Guide to Social and Political Philosophy, a book edited by Robert Simon, the Marjorie and Robert W. McEwen Professor of Philosophy, has been translated into Chinese. It is part of the "Blackwell Guide" to various areas in philosophy. Each volume consists of essays by distinguished older or promising young scholars in the field being investigated and each essay is supposed to both provide an overview of the issues it addresses and also advance the discussion -- in other words be a contribution to the field as well as providing the overview. The volume was published originally in 2002.
