“Over the Horizon: the United States and Iraq,” first published in the New Left Review in 2012 by Alan Cafruny, the Henry Platt Bristol Professor of International Affairs, and Timothy Lehmann, has been translated into French as “Par-dela Horizon." It is included in a compilation in Revue Agone, 55 that explores the subject of "Hegemony or the Decline of Empire." Lehmann is former assistant professor of government at Hamilton College.
