Alan Cafruny, the Henry Platt Bristol Professor of International Affairs, lectured at a conference on Global Governance sponsored by the School of World Economy and International Affairs, Higher School of Economics in Moscow, on Nov. 16. His talk was titled “Implications of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership.”
