
The Class of 2009 held a celebratory tree-planting and plaque unveiling ceremony in honor of their time on the Hill and their Senior Gift on Saturday, May 23, near the Kirner-Johnson Building ramp.
The Class of 2009 Community Service Memorial Prize has been established in memory of their classmates Katharine Eckman and Andrew Sheridan, who dedicated themselves so nobly to community service. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a Hamilton student who performs significant and substantial community service in and around the Clinton, NY, area.
Four hundred thirty-nine seniors have given to the Senior Gift so far and more than $32,500 has been raised from students, parents, friends and the trustee challenge – the second most ever for a senior gift.
