CONTINENTAL CAGER MIKE SCHANTZ EARNS ECAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONOR
Senior Mike Schantz (Sharon, MA/Sharon) earned Player of the Week honorsfrom the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) for his part in leadingthe Hamilton Continentals' men's basketball team to a 3-0 start.
Schantz leads the team in both scoring and rebounding, pouring in 26.7points per game and grabbing 13.7 boards per contest. He has recorded adouble-double for scoring and rebounding in each of the Continentals' firstthree games.
Hamilton hosts Hobart College Tuesday, December 8 at 8 p.m. at the ScottField House in Clinton, NY before finishing the first part of the seasonwith a short road trip to SUNY-Utica/Rome on Thursday, December 10 at 8 p.m.
