Maggie Hanson, a junior at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., won the Division III indoor title in the 5,000 meters. Her time of 16:59.07 was nearly eight seconds faster than that of the runner-up, Casey Smith of Roanoke College in Salem, Va., and was the season's fastest time in the division.
