Hamilton's annual Fallcoming took place Oct. 1-4, with numerous activities to suit every interest. Among highlights were the dedication of the newly expanded Kirner-Johnson Building and open houses at the learning centers there.

Arthur Levitt P '81, former chairman of the SEC, presented a talk titled "Regulation in the Financial Markets." Steve Culbertson '79 gave a keynote address at the opening of the new Community Outreach and Opportunity Project (COOP) and Mike Evans '05 discussed his work with Full Court Peace.

Friday's Helen and Doane Comstock '27 Memorial Luncheon celebrated student scholarships, and Melissa Joyce-Rosen '86 was honored as the Volunteer of the Year during the Fallcoming Recognition Dinner for her years of generous involvement with the College at all levels.

World-Class Jazz featured a performance by Dick Hyman, Bucky Pizzarelli, Evan Christopher, Randy Sandke and Nicki Parrott on Friday.

On Saturday, five alumni shared candid stories of trial, tribulation and success on the Celebrating Difference Panel titled Success When There is Less: Living Your Passion.  A rededication and reception in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Afro-Latin Cultural Center followed.

A host of athletic contests took place during the weekend, including men's and women's rugby and soccer, and football against Wesleyan on the new turf at Steuben Field.
