The fifth annual Clinton Community Fall Fest will take place on Sunday, Oct. 8 on the Village Green from 1-4 p.m. Fall Fest is free and open to the public. Members of the community are encouraged to attend with their families.
Clinton Community Fall Fest is an initiative that was started in 2002 by the Hamilton Class of 2005 to promote and strengthen the relationship between Hamilton College and village of Clinton. The annual event seeks to improve town/gown relations by uniting the Hamilton and Clinton communities for an afternoon of food, fun, and entertainment.
Fall Fest is a family event. Campus organizations coordinate a diverse array of games and activities for children, ranging from athletic demonstrations to face painting. There will be live music provided by Hamilton's musical groups and performances by a variety of dance groups. Food and fall favorites like cider and pumpkin pie will also be provided.
Hamilton's Social Traditions Committee is hosting fall Fest '06. For further information e-mail Lindsay Waterbury at lwaterbu@hamilton.edu.
