Charlotte Davet had three goals and one assist to lead Hamiltonto an ECAC Alliance victory over the University of Vermont, 5-3. TheContinentals improve to 5-2-0 overall and 5-1-0 in the league.

Hamilton took an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Davet at 1:33 of the first.Vermont answered at 15:47 with a goal by by Betsy Ammel. Davet put Hamiltonahead 2-1 with a breakaway goal at 4:11 of the second and scored again 1:34 later to put Hamilton ahead by two. But, Vermont answered 0:24 later as Sandy Sarney deflected in an Allie Knowles shot from the point, cutting the Hamiltonlead to 3-2. Just minutes after that Stacey Tysinski put Hamilton ahead 4-2,scoring her first goal as a Continental.

Deborah Elvin scored off an assist from Davet to put Hamilton ahead 5-2 at9:34 of the third, but the Catamounts again cut the margin to two on a tally byAnna Towns at 10:17, the final scoring of the game. Hamilton goaltender IsabelRoberts stopped 14 of 15 shots in the third period.

Roberts finished with 23 saves for Hamilton, while Nichole Stern stopped 16shiots for Vermont (1-5-0/1-5-0)
