Christmas has come early to Hamilton College. It's not a matter of decorations or music or parties. It's a matter of giving. And it is not confined to the holidays. Over the weekend the Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship and Delta Phi fraternity packed and wrapped 103 shoeboxes of toys, school supplies and personal hygiene items for children in areas of the world where there is war, poverty and famine. Some presents were donated by local businesses and students, others were purchased from the $1,149, collected from fellow students, faculty and parents... And Sam Jackson, president of the Christian Fellowship and soccer team captain says, "We try to reach out to this campus, but we don't want to lose sight of the bigger picture of suffering in the world."

Help us provide an accessible education, offer innovative resources and programs, and foster intellectual exploration.
