HAMILTON RECORDS FIRST WIN OF SEASON IN OVERTIME THRILLER

Kate Harris scored seven goals and had one assist as Hamilton picked up its first win of the season with a thrilling 22-19 overtime victory over Union. With Hamilton leading 19-18 with 0:07 remaining Lauren Pastor, who finished with eight goals, tied the game for Union. The Dutchwomen had rallied from a 19-13 deficit midway through the second half. Christina Robeson, Joanna Peters and Judy Whitaker scored the overtime goals for the Continentals and Meredith Haimes finished with 20 saves. Robeson's game-winning goal was her first shot of the game. Isabel Roberts notched her 100th goal for Hamilton and also added an assist. Maura Woessener and Michelle Tardiff combined for 22 saves for Union.
