A team of 10 faculty, administrators and staff attended the Adapting Curriculum for Student Success (ACSS) Summer Symposium at Utica College on June 11 and 12. The topics of discussion included making courses and services more accessible to students with disabilities and learning differences without altering academic expectations.

The Hamilton team included Mary O'Neil (academic support coordinator), Tara McKee (psychology), Allen Harrison (associate dean for diversity and accessibility), Nadia Greasley (tutor), Susan Goldberg (ESOL), Steve Goldberg (art history), Brenda Davis (Opportunity Programs), Barbara Britt-Hysell (ESOL), Phyllis Breland (Opportunity Programs), and Karen Brewer (associate dean of students for academics and chemistry department). The team will continue to work together to spread awareness and share ideas with Hamilton faculty, students, administration, and staff.
