The Hamilton College women's swimming team finished 16th in theNCAA Division III women's swimming championship held at the University of Miamiof Ohio. School record All-America performances by the 400 Freestyle relay teamand senior Wendy Marrs in the 100 Freestyle led the way on the final day ofcompetition.

The 400 Free relay team of Marrs, senior Leslie Allen, and freshmen HollyBrown and Meghan Steed, finished sixth with a time of 3:37.14, eclipsing theold school record of 3:38.94, and earning First Team All-America honors. Marrsalso set a school record in the 100 Free with a time of 52.99s, breaking herown record of 53.67s, and earning Second Team All-America honors with a ninth place finish.

Earlier in the week, Marrs claimed First Team All-America honors in the 50 Free, as did the 200 Free relay team, which was also made up of Marrs, Allen, Brown andSteed.
