All individuals eligible for health insurance coverage through the College should have received information about the 2002 health insurance options available through the College. Enrollment packets and additional information for each of the plans are available from the Personnel Office, ext. 4689. All requests for changes in enrollment should be submitted to the Personnel Office no later than December 7 with changes in coverage effective January 1.
If you are interested in participating in a Medical or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account during 2002, you must complete an enrollment form no later than December 7. A new enrollment form is required for 2002, even if you are a current participant.
