Director of Library Information Systems Ken Herold has guest edited another special issue for the critical professional journal Library Trends, titled "Exploring Philosophies of Information."
Following rapid developments in this new domain since his initial Library Trends issue in 2004, Herold is especially pleased with the depth and breadth of current research and its international scope. The Dean of Faculty is sponsoring Herold's travel this summer to a global information studies summit conference, with an emphasis on emerging Chinese scholarship.
