Derek Jones, the Irma M. and Robert D. Morris Professor of Economics, has accepted an invitation to serve as a faculty fellow and mentor in the Beyster Professorship, Fellowship, and Related Fellows Program at the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. The program supports the study of employee ownership, profit sharing and broad-based stock options. The main goal of the fellowship is to support young and emergent scholars in that field.
In addition, Jones has been invited to join the editorial board of the Journal of Entrepreneurial and Organizational Diversity (JEOD) as a founder-member. Focusing on entrepreneurial diversity, JEOD is a new international journal that serves as an outlet for theoretical and empirical research on the entrepreneurial phenomenon.
