Leerink Swann Names Robert Kiely '83 as Senior Managing Director and Head of Human Resources

Healthcare investment bank, Leerink Swann, has named Robert Kiely '83 as Senior Managing Director and Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Leerink Swann, Kiely served as First Vice President, Relationship Manager - Leadership and Talent Management for Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Kiely spent five years with American Express Bank where he became Senior Director and Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and Subcontinent region. In this role, he held HR responsibilities for 13 countries and 1,500 employees. Kiely graduated from Hamilton with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. While at Hamilton, he was a member of the basketball team. He remains active in the Hamilton community through his service as a Career Center and Admissions volunteer.
