
Brian Levin-Stankevich ’72 was named president of Westminster College on March 27. He is currently the chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a position he has held since 2006, and was previously interim president of Eastern Washington University.
After majoring in history at Hamilton, Levin-Stankevich went on to earn a master’s and Ph.D from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Buffalo.
Levin-Stankevich was selected from among 60 applicants for the position.
Founded in 1875, Westminster College is a private liberal arts college in Salt Lake City offering undergraduate and graduate degrees.
