The Associated Press article, "China to increase its military budget," appeared in the March 3 issue of USA Today and The Guardian Unlimited in the U.K. Reuters quoted Li in an article titled "Hu tightens grip with reshuffle" that spanned the globe, appearing in papers that included The China Post and the Scotsman.
