Thirty-four Hamilton College student-athletes were recognized by the Liberty League recently when the league released its 2004 Fall All-Academic selections.
Each honoree is on a varsity roster and has a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20. The student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing at his or her institution to be considered for honors. Transfer students must have completed one year of study at the institution.
The Liberty League sponsors championships in 24 sports. The member institutions place the highest priority on the overall quality of the educational experience and on the successful completion of a student's academic program. The member institutions seek to establish and maintain an environment in which a student-athlete's athletic activities are conducted as an integral part of the educational experience.
