The Hamilton College and Community Masterworks Chorale and Hamilton College Choir with Symphoria will perform Antonin Dvorák’s Requiem on Tuesday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m., in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center for Music and the Performing Arts.
Conducted by G. Roberts Kolb, this powerful and expressive work showcases Dvorák at the height of his compositional powers. Composed in 1890, this piece was written for an English audience, although it is not frequently performed
The concert will feature soloists Lauralyn Kolb, soprano; Kathleen Roland, mezzo-soprano; Jon English, tenor; and David Kolb.
