Envisioning the future of Syracuse, ThINC works toward developing a cultural landscape that is not only accommodating to a young creative population, but also able to provide a diverse and energetic body of leaders that understand and encourage youth culture.
Through its understanding, ideals and efforts, ThINC aims to increase the quality of life for all of Syracuse by acknowledging and investing in its future social capital, thus increasing its chance on prospering in the long term.
