More than 100 colleges and universities have agreed to join the Fair Labor Association, a sweatshop-monitoring group formed by a White House task force that includes apparel firms led by Nike and Liz Claiborne and human-rights organizations. The association, however, is just getting off the ground after more than two years of planning...
